Welcome to Scouting in the Rancho Mesa District of the San Diego Imperial Council of the Boy Scouts of America! Rancho Mesa consists of over 3,200 Scouts and 1,500 volunteers who share their love of Scouting and the Outdoors with the communities that they live in. The following communities are a part of Rancho Mesa: Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch, Del Sur, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Rancho Pensaquitos, Poway, Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa, Miramar and Sorrento Valley with over 100 Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops and Venturing Crews.

Webelos Woods is Coming!

Register your Webelos Scout today for an exciting outdoor overnight experience at Mataguay Scout Ranch! Designed to help your Webelos Scout in their transition into Scouts! Webelos Woods also offers the parents a first hand look on how a Scout-led, Adult-guided methods of Boy Scouting are different from the Adult-led Cub- Scouting program.

Starting for 2018, families can choose Cub Scouts for their sons and daughters, who can take advantage of the lifechanging experiences provided through Scouting. A program for older girls will be delivered in the coming year to offer a Scouting program to older girls, allowing for participating girls to earn the highest rank of Eagle Scout.
